Let me start this review by saying you're probably reading these reviews to see if you can find a reputable window installer that knows how to install Windows properly at a fair price. I'm sure you've read all the negative reviews about window installers, how they're all overpriced, unscrupulous, and how it's very difficult to find the right window installer that won't fleece your wallet or do a poor install job. I always do a lot of research not just on price but on quality of materials. After some initially ridiculously high quotes on Anderson windows where the install price per window opening was almost as much as the expensive window itself, I looked at all my options. There certainly were cheaper vinyl options like crystal windows and tristate window factory but these windows seemed "cheap looking" to me. I somehow came across windowking website and saw they use OKNA windows. I researched the Okna windows and was very pleased with the selections they offered and specs available. Okna seemed well built with very positive reviews. Of course that wasn't good enough. I had to see what it looked like so I drove over one day to the WindowKing Bronx store where I met Lisa. She seemed a bit surprised at first that somebody would come just to look at the windows on display but I told her that's how I operate and if I like something I'll be back. She was super pleasant, not pushy at all. After about a week, I came back again this time with my wife to show her the window I was looking at. It seemed sturdy but not cheap looking like the others I had seen. After some discussion at home, I called back for an estimate and had Mike come over to the house for an estimate. I had read that everybody hated the big home estimate sales pitch that seems to drag on for a while based on reviews I had read from other places, Mike gave no such sales pitch or pressure to sign that day, nor did he drag it out. I was quite pleased with the way he handled his business. Okay, now to the good part. Customer service is nice but money talks, I think I received a fair price and didn't come away feeling like I had been fleeced. We had 13 windows and a bay window installed. The two installers, Wilson the crew chief and José worked in symmetry and did a great job installing the windows. Lisa made sure I was completely satisfied with the job at the end and left me wanting to write this review to let them know how pleased I was with the whole job. If you're looking for a competent window installer at a fair price then look no further. You found them right here.

I recommend Window King to everyone. They have affordable pricing. Really good quality windows Okna 500. Ramsey installed my 6 windows. He came on time and did a great job with installing all the windows. He was knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. Windows look perfect, so much less noisy from outside, easy to open and close, and slim framing. Lisa from the office was really helpful to accommodate the date of the installation. Recommend the company to everyone.

I truly appreciate the excellent work done by this company. Michael, the salesperson, was wonderful—knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to work with. Cesar handled both the measurements and the installation, and his professionalism and quality workmanship really stood out. The office staff also did a great job coordinating everything, ensuring the scheduling and process went smoothly. Overall, it was a very positive experience from start to finish, and I highly recommend this team!

We are quite pleased with our newly installed window in our son's room and security door for the basement. Due to the slope of the basement, Windows Kings worked diligently over a few visits to get it just right. For the price and the outcome of the projects, I would highly recommend working with Window King.

We had an excellent experience replacing the windows in our coop unit, from initial inquiry through final installation. The team answered questions thoroughly and promptly, handled all the paperwork and communication involved in a coop install smoothly, the measure and estimate was prompt, and the install was smooth and well done. The installation team was friendly and courteous, protected floors and other surfaces while they were working, and did a nice job. Thanks to the whole team, we love our new windows!

I ordered 2 windows and a sliding glass patio door from Window King. I couldn't be happier. They were significantly less expensive than even Home Depot. The sales rep, Mike, was really nice and explained all the options to me. Everyone I dealt with from Lisa in the office to Mike to the install guys were very nice. They always got back to me right away when I had a question. They were always very prompt for any appointments. I highly recommend.

This has taken me an embarrassingly long time to write but I wanted to share how great our windows from Window King are! Our house has a lot of windows, I'm talking about 40 total, and lucky us, they were around 30 years old when we bought our house. So, we have been replacing them in stages. We got a few estimates and Window King and Window World came in as similarly priced. We also priced out Anderson windows but for the estimate they gave me, we could have bought a boat. Our first stage we went with Window World and I am kicking myself. Because for the second stage, we went with Window King and the windows are SO MUCH NICER. I really wish we went with Window King originally. But lesson learned! The process was easy, and I admire the windows every day. Also, I really think our energy costs have gone down! I will definitely use Window King for our third, and final stage of window replacement.

My first phone call to them to get an estimate and options, I received utmost courtesy, and Mike came the next day to survey the job without cost or obligation, showed me options and prices, and I was impressed with his knowledge and kindness. Edgar and Ramsey did the installs with respect for my property, exhibited professionalism and friendliness, and were efficient, and cleaned up afterwards. Replaced one of my old windows. Joseph was informative and helpful in guiding through the process, never felt any sales pressure. Fairly priced. The installation guys were clean, quick and went above and beyond. Very satisfied (house got a paint job before install)
