Window Replacement In Hudson, NJ
A Lifetime Workmanship Warranty On The Labor, Stacked On Top Of Manufacturer CoverageEvery Job Runs Under A Project Manager Who Locks In Each Measurement And Tests Each Seal
Old windows tend to give themselves away in winter. You feel the draft near the sash, or you spot fog trapped between the panes. That’s the point most homeowners start looking at window replacement in Hudson, NJ.
Window King replaces windows and entry doors, and that’s the whole job for us. No repair work, no glass jobs on the side. Our focus is how we keep the quality high.
We started in the Bronx in the 1990s, and we’re still family-run today, three generations in. Nearly half our work comes from referrals and returning customers. That only happens when the install holds up, and the price stays honest.
Here’s what’s different. A qualified Project Manager measures your openings, walks you through your real choices, and writes down a number using industry software. That number holds unless you change the scope. Then a certified, factory-trained crew sets the new units plumb, square, and sealed.
By the end of this page, you’ll know exactly what we install, how the work runs, and what backs it. No pressure, no runaround.
Window Replacement Services For Hudson, NJ
Window King replaces residential windows across Hudson County, NJ using vetted product lines and a documented installation method we follow on every job. Here’s what we handle for local homeowners.
OKNA Windows
We carry the full OKNA lineup, while most window replacement contractors offer just one or two series. That means we match the right OKNA window to your home instead of pushing whatever’s in stock. OKNA units are built for tight seals and steady energy performance through NY Metro winters and summers. Ask us to compare the series at your consultation.
Starmark Evo Windows
Starmark Evo Windows are a time-tested, vetted line we install throughout Hudson, NJ homes. If a product didn’t earn a spot on our short list, you won’t find it on our truck. Starmark Evo units are stylish, durable, and built to hold temperature. We’ll show you the options and let the product speak for itself.
Bay & Bow Systems
A bay or bow window pushes the wall outward and opens a room to more daylight and a wider view. It turns a flat wall into a real focal point. We handle the framing, the fit, and the seal so the whole assembly performs like the rest of your windows. Great for living rooms and kitchens facing the street.
Window Installation
We pull your worn windows, prep each opening, and set the new units level and sealed. Every seal gets tested before we pack up and clean the site. A certified, factory-trained crew handles it using the same method every time. That consistency is why our callback rate stays almost nonexistent.
Door Replacement Services For Hudson, NJ
Besides windows, Window King replaces entry doors for Hudson, NJ homeowners. We work with only three door manufacturers, chosen as a deliberate quality filter.
Front Doors
Your front door sets the look of your home and controls how the entry seals against weather. We replace worn front doors with vetted units that fit cleanly and lock smoothly. A Project Manager helps you match the door to your home and street before we order.
After the swap, we work the swing, seat the deadbolt, and confirm the weatherstripping meets the frame all the way around.
Storm Doors
A storm door sits ahead of your main entry and adds a layer against wind, rain, and grit. It lets you open up for airflow while keeping the weather out. We measure the existing opening first, then set the storm door so it swings true and latches every time. It’s a straightforward upgrade that adds real day-to-day comfort at your entry.
Patio Doors
A patio door ties your living space to a deck, yard, or balcony and pulls daylight deep into the room. We set it so it glides smoothly and locks securely, with a seal that holds through the seasons. Sliding or swinging, we fit it square and test it before we leave. It’s a clean upgrade for homes that want more light and easy access outside.
Security Doors
A security door adds strength and peace of mind at your entry without giving up curb appeal. We install units built to stand up to daily use and hang them so they lock tight and close flush. We measure every door to the opening and seal it against the weather. If security is your priority, we’ll point you to the right build.

Window Replacement FAQ For Hudson, NJ
Straightforward answers to what Hudson County, NJ homeowners ask about window replacement and door projects before starting.
Do you fix windows or just replace them?
A: We replace windows and entry doors, and that’s all we do. We don’t offer repair, window treatments, or auto glass. Focusing only on replacement is how we keep quality high and our callback rate low. If a window is drafty or fogged between the panes, replacement is usually the fix.
How does the window replacement process work?
A: It starts with a free consultation where a Project Manager measures your openings and explains your choices. After you approve the scope, a certified, factory-trained crew removes the old units and sets the new ones plumb, square, and sealed. Every seal is tested before we clean up and leave.
Should I replace my drafty old windows now or wait?
A: If you feel drafts near the sash or see fog trapped between the glass, the seal has failed, and replacement is the honest answer. Waiting usually means higher heating bills each winter. At your free consultation, a Project Manager will look at your openings and give you a straight recommendation with no pressure to buy.
What areas near Hudson, NJ do you provide window replacement?
A: We serve the wider NY Metro region, including Hoboken, NJ, Mahwah, NJ, Paramus, NJ, and across the river in the Bronx and Yonkers, NY. You can view our fullservice areas across the NY Metro and Tri-State. Not sure if you’re covered? Reach out, and we’ll confirm.
What kinds of windows does Window King install in Hudson, NJ?
A: Window King installs residential windows across Hudson, NJ, including double-hung and casement units, plus Bay & Bow Systems. We carry the full OKNA lineup and Starmark Evo Windows. Both lines are vetted for energy performance and durability. Your Project Manager will help you match a style to your home.
What warranty backs my new windows?
A: Every window replacement in Hudson, NJ carries a lifetime workmanship warranty from Window King on the labor. That’s stacked on top of the manufacturer coverage that comes with the products. Because a Project Manager oversees each install, the work is backed for the life of your ownership.
